Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are packaged with care in London, United Kingdom.

Unless otherwise specified, products are made to order and take 3-4 weeks to create. You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for shipment, as well as details of how to track the order.

Beauregard is not responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred on international orders. These must be paid by the customer directly. 

Return & Refund Policy

Our jewellery is handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. 

​

If you are unsure of your ring size after reviewing our guide, you may have your fingers sized with ring sizers at most local jewellery stores. If you purchase the wrong size, we offer resizing for 50. 

​

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange it for store credit within seven days of receiving your order. Please contact our team via email to initiate this process and receive details on how to return the order. In stock pieces, and orders cancelled within three days, are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. 

​

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Since many items are made to order, some items are not eligible for return, including bespoke sizes, customised items and scratched or worn items. 

​

Please allow three to five business days after we have received your return for the funds to be reissued to your original payment method.

​

If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit. 

​

International orders are not eligible for returns at this time. 

​

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within three business days of receipt. 

​
